Very Berry Farm and Forest Camp

$400.00

July 6-10, 2026

Ages 7-12

9 am -3 pm

How many kinds of berries can we eat in a day?! This camp is all about berries, wild and cultivated. We spend our days learning about the edible plants in the forest, fields, and gardens on the farm. Our Pacific Northwest Forests are an edible wonderland, and we will explore all the things they offer in abundance for the humans and animals alike. We will make jams and jellies, homemade dyes, art from the forest that we can paint with berry juice, and of course, eat lots of fresh berries! Our herd of goats will be with us during many of our explorations, munching blackberries, and keeping us company. Join us for a magical week of Berry Goodness.

Camps at Wade Creek Farm are screen-free and 100% outdoors! Ages for camps are suggested. I am happy to consider kiddos outside of the suggested age range if they would be a good fit for camp. The farm is 40 acres of fields, woods, creeks, and fun. Our camps are all about connection to place, teamwork, respect, and fostering joy and learning. Each day is filled with both planned activities and free play time, visiting with the farm animals, art of some kind, and lots of adventure and exploration. As a teacher, I love sharing my knowledge of food and farming, traditional wisdoms, and my love of nature. Your kiddos WILL get dirty, try new things, laugh, work as a team, expand their knowledge of food, farming, and the natural world.
